We joined the YMCA in March and are loving it. We took the kids to play at the pool last weekend and in the fountains and they had a blast!
Father's Day was fun. We packed a picnic and went down to the pool around 10ish. My mom joined us. We swam and swam and swam and then ate lunch. Kara even went off the diving board (at 15 months). Can u believe that? The kids were wiped out by 1pm. We all went home and rested. Around 5ish, we headed over to my mom and dad's. Aunt Stefani and Uncle Jason were there too. We played and had a lovely dinner!!!! It was a fun time.
Owen and Gavin are in camp this week and having the time of their lives. It's water week so they are keeping cool! The picture above is them on the 1st day of camp! Mommy and Kara are getting some good GIRL BONDING time in! We're having fun together.
Today, I took Kara for her 15 month checkup. It is amazing the difference in her and the boys being as that she was actually in me a whole 6 weeks longer!!!! Her stats are incredible:
Weight 24lbs 8oz 75%
Height 31.5" 82%
Head 18.75 91%
I never saw percentages like that with the boys. Doc says she is going to be TALL!!!! She is perfectly healthy. She had to get one shot and a prick on the toe to check her iron! It was 12.8. He said that was better than good and asked me if she's a CARNIVORE???? Too funny. Anyways, she is having fun growing and we are having fun watching!
