Trip to Florida and Kara turns 15 months

We went to Panama City Beach without daddy!!! Some friends (Ms. Sue and her daughter Rue), the kids, and I all took a road trip and we survived!!!! It was A LOT of fun but also A LOT of work. The kids had a blast playing at the pool, in the sand, and in the ocean. We went out to eat at some really cool places, slept a lot, and even went to the aquarium!!! Thanks to the Emery Family for letting us stay in their lovely condo! It really was a great week!

Miss Kara turned 15 months while we were at the beach. Her well visit is this week in which I will post her stats. She is in 24month clothing now, into everything, and talking up a storm. I even think she has all but like 2 of her baby teeth. It's insane. She really thinks she's 5 not 15 months. She continues to bring us much joy and we think she is just the neatest little girl around. She also got her first haircut (here at the house) and was not a big fan. CRIED A LOT. But she looks so cute!

Uncle Brian came into town from Charlotte to visit us as well. He was in town for a friend's wedding. The boys and Kara got to play with him and then we all went to lunch. The kids love their UNCLE BRIAN so much. We just wished he lived closer.

Mommy volunteered to work at Vacation Bible School at our church. The boys and Kara attended and had a blast. It was a long, tiring week for all of us (we are still recovering). But, we learned a lot and had fun doing it!!!!
