Our Trip to Fripp Island
We just returned from a 15 day trip to Fripp Island. The first week was spent with Peter, the kids, Aunt Elizabeth, Uncle John, Cousin Ian, and Uncle Brian and Gram. The second week was just me, the kids, and Gram. My kids were sick the first week so that was not fun but eventually they got better and we all were able to enjoy ourselves. We went to the park, pool, beach, drove around in the golf cart, played golf, etc. The twins went crabbing for the first time and Gavin caught a crab and a hermit crab. He was so proud. They also boogie boarded for the first time and both were naturals and had a blast. WE had 4 family birthdays to celebrate so the trip was truly one big party. We miss the beach and we're sad to be home and miss everyone already! Oh well, back to reality. Enjoy our shots!

Where did we leave off....
Oh yes, the twins turning 5. We had many celebrations; a family party, a preschool party, and a big party with friends. The boys had lots of fun and lots of cake! And boy did the get a lot of great presents! We also had another nice visit with GA (Peter's mom) and a lovely Mother's Day.
Peter made us breakfast in bed and the kids gave me their homemade cards and frames. We went to Riverside Park and played and had a picnic and then we went out for Sushi that night. Yummy!Amongst all this craziness, we decided to have hard wood floors put in our home as well. WHat a project but the end result is wonderful! We are really enjoying them!
Soccer, art class, and music class are wrapping up for summer. And, there is only one week of preschool left! WOW! My little guys graduate next Wed. at noon. Sure to be a tear jerker for mommy!
However, they seem very excited and ready for Kindergarten. We went to their new school for Kindergarten kickoff and they really had a good time. Can it really be time for them to start Kindergarten? And, they've already informed me that I'm not to drive them to school, they'll be taking the bus. Already at 5 I'm getting orders.
Hope you and your families are ready for summer!
